How to create return request from website/App ?

"The return process steps:
1. Go to your account at femi9 website or App and choose “My Orders”
2. Choose the order you want to return.
3. Click on the “Return” icon at the top of the page
4. Fill in the form and click on send
5. Your return request will be reviewed, and we will send you the Airway bill (Return shipment number) through email.( The international Returns you will receive the Airway bill within 24 hours)

What is the next step after receiving the Airway bill for the return order?

"• The Air waybill must be printed and attached to the order to avoid losing the shipment. • The courier company will contact you to pick up the shipment from your location ( To avoid cancellation of the pick up, you must answer the courier ) • You can contact the shipping company (Aramex) through the number 8001000880 and select 3 and arrange a new pick-up request, or you can hand over the shipment to the nearest Aramex branch. • After receiving and checking the items' status in Femi9 warehouse, the return process will proceed and refund within 48"

Can I make a return request if I purchased as a "Guest" and I don't have a femi9 account?

"You can create a return only by calling or emailing the Customer Support and providing them with the order number and items details.

Are the return is free ?

"The return fees inside Saudi Arabia: Free. The exchange fees for the GCC countries: 25 SAR (7 US dollar) Other cities round the world: please please click here and pick the city and the fees will appear Note : We will deduct the shipping cost & the cash-on-delivery fees from the total refund amount."

I paid for my order with cash on delivery. Can I receive the refund amount in my bank account?

Unfortunately, only you can receive the amount as store credit on your account, and without a defined time.

I have received the wrong size, what should I do?

You can contact us via our unified number at 8002444404 or our email at reachus@femi9.com and we will solve the issue as soon as possible.

How many days will the refund take after transferring the amount?

The amount will be received within 2 to 14 working days, and it depends on your bank's procedure. An SMS from the bank should be sent to you when the refund is done, and an email from Payfort with the payment details. In case you didn’t receive the amount during the time period, please contact your bank

Do I receive a notification if I receive the store credit?

yes, you will get an SMS which have your store credit amount and the order number which has been added to the credit

Do I receive a notification when my refund is processed?

Yes, an email from Pay fort with the payment details. And an SMS from you bank

What are the cash on delivery (COD) fees?

20 Riyals for Payment on delivery service, not refundable in case you return the order.

Is (Payment on delivery) available for outside Saudi Arabia?

the (COD) payment only applied inside Saudi Arabia

My payment was (COD) and want to have the refund on my credit card?

sorry, this is not possible, as mentioned at the Refund and exchange policy which is agreed on by confirming the order incase cash on delivery (COD), but the amount can be added to your store credit

How can I know that my order is confirmed?

when your order is confirmed an SMS and email will be sent to you then when the order is shipped an SMS from Femi9 will be sent to you which will have the shipments number and the shipping company name also a link to track your order and you can track the order at the shipping company website.

How can I identify my size in the size chart?

The Product must be specified (Dress, Pants, Blouse) -Slim indicated product is tight on body. -Regular Indicated the product is neither tight nor loose. -loose indicates the dress is not at all tight on body, later the chest, waist and height sizes as well as length can be check on chart in Cm and the appropriate size will be determined.

Can I cancel a paid order while it arrived at the warehouse?

A cancelation request will be raised from our side. The procedure may take two to three days until the amount is refunded to your bank account. It may take two to 14 business days upon date of transfer.

Can I make my purchase through Femi9 online store then collect my order at Femi9 nearest store?

Yes, you can buy from femi9 website/App and check if the item is available from the store when the order is confirmed. The pick and collect service is only inside Saudi Arabia. For more information click here

Yes, you can by completing your order as a visitor.

Can I track my order without having a Femi9 account?

Yes, you can track the order by tracking by clicking on (my order), add the order number and the email registered in the order, and the status of your order will appear, and you can also know the latest developments in your order via SMS and/or email.

Can I edit my order after creating it?

The order can not be edited, you can only cancel the order from your side or by contacting the customer service and creating a new order.

I have placed an order and completed a purchase via credit card. However, my order was canceled what should I do?

How can I use my store credit?

While creating the order in the payment options, the payment options will appear for you ” electronic balance" to complete your order using the credit balance, or you can choose the electronic balance and any other payment option.

How can I check my store credit in my account?

You can login through the website/application> my account> choose the electronic balance option in "my store" option and you will find the balance in your account, the date of adding the balance, and all the operations of using and adding the balance.

I forgot my Femi9 account password, what should I do?

You can click on Reset Password on the login page or click here and choose to reset your password by e-mail/ registered mobile number, and you will receive a link to set the new password. I refused to accept an order due to obligated custom fees can I be refunded?
