Return and Exchange
Return & Exchange Policy:
To return or exchange:
- You can return / exchange online within 7 days from date of receiving your shipment.
- The item should be in the same condition, not damaged and in their original packaging
- Accessories are not included in the Return & Exchange policy
- If you purchased from a bundle offer, you can only return/ exchange online.
- If you purchased from Outlet section, you can only return/ exchange it online only
- In case of receiving a faulty item, we guarantee exchanging it
- If you purchased from www.femi9.com you can return / exchange online or from femi9 KSA stores.
*** Except the orders are paid through Tamara service, Return only from the femi9 website.
Online returns process:
- Go to your account at www.femi9.com or App and choose “My Orders”
- Click on the “Return” icon at the top of the page
- Fill in the form and click on send
- Your return request will be reviewed and will send you the Airway bell (Return shipment number) through E-mail within 48 hr.
- Should record the Airway bell (return shipment number) in the return order.
- To collect the shipment from your location should contact Aramex through "920027447" and select option 3 to arrange pick up request and the courier will contact you, or you can deliver the shipment to the nearest Aramex branch to you.
- After receiving and checking the items status in Femi9 WH, the return / exchange process will proceed and refund within 48 hr
The return process may take up to 14 days from shipping date.
- The Airway bell will be expired after 7 days from the date of receiving and the return will be rejected & close if the return order does not deliver it to shipping company in the period.
- The return process may take 8 to 14 days from shipping date.
- For exchange we will add the store credit to your Femi9 account, and you can complete the process of exchange (except the orders are paid through Tamara service).
Return & exchange shipping cost:
Shipping inside KSA:
- We will cover all the fees for shipping your exchange/return order. If the customer returned the same order twice, then the customer will need to cover the shipping fees.
- Cash on delivery charges SAR 10 will be deducted from the exchange or refund.
In GCC & International orders:
- The customer will have to cover the fees for the exchange/return orders.
